If a violation of human rights law or policy - or an accusation of violation - occurs in your workplace we can help you investigate the facts and manage the case. Human rights law requires employers to conduct a comprehensive and fair investigation. We are experienced human rights investigators: we know when and how policy should be applied; we pay the highest attention to due process; we help stop complaint and investigation becoming an occasion for yet more conflict; we produce an investigation report in a timely fashion. We will recommend management action based on our findings. We will assist with organizational follow-up designed to prevent further violation.
