Laura Heller, in her capacity as Knowledge Management and Research Services Consultant, brings over 20 years of experience to the rapidly expanding field of knowledge / content management.

Laura's graduate training in information science allows her to fully integrate new information technologies into all aspects of her work Her training is complemented by over 20 years of experience working with the not-for-profit and government sectors. She has recently undertaken projects with the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society / National Cancer Institute of Canada, Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations, Canadian Health Network, among others.
While many knowledge management experts have recently emerged, Laura is unique in applying her many years of experience in diversity to this field. Organizations, regardless of their service or product, are all being encouraged by resource and technological realities to become continuous learning organizations.
