Charles Novogrodsky

Charles Novogrodsky is the principal of Charles Novogrodsky and Associates, a successful Diversity and Organization Development consulting firm since 1989.

A management consultant with highly developed training and facilitation skills, Charles has worked throughout Canada on a wide variety of consulting assignments involving diversity issues. Charles has earned client respect and referral by providing personal, reliable and accountable consulting assistance.

Charles is the author of numerous training manuals and articles. A featured speaker at many conferences on diversity challenges, Charles has designed human rights training for management and employees in the auto, telecommunications, and management services industries. He has assisted police, advised senior management in Canada's Northwest Territories on labour force policy, trained Canadian Forces personnel in bias-free selection and assisted numerous public institutions, facing increased public scrutiny, to develop polices and programs appropriate to their diverse client base.

Charles is first and foremost a teacher.

He is deeply committed to training that advances his clients' ability to help their organizations maximize diversity advantage through increased knowledge, skills and awareness. Charles believes diversity is everyone's challenge and opportunity - not just something for "those who are different". His training programs and consulting services help management, supervisors and employees to understand lawful behavioural requirements and to contribute to their organization's goals through enhanced diversity performance.

Charles is the lead designer and facilitator for all our Human Rights Policy Implementation and Diversity training programs.

Charles facilitates meetings for not-for-profit organizations facing board, employee and/or community challenges - and he assists not-for-profit organizations to create practical and effective plans to achieve their strategic goals.
